February 2015 vs. February 2014
The number of active listings in Orangeville decreased by 29.7% in February 2015 vs. February 2014. 5 less listings came on the Toronto Board in February 2015 vs. February 2014, which is a decrease of 7.4%. The number of homes sold increased by 90.0%! or 27 homes. The average days on the market increased from 31 to 34 days! Average sale prices were up by 2.2%.

The number of homes listed in Orangeville, year-to-date increased from 117 to 133, which is an increase of 13.7%. The number of homes sold increased by 61.0% or 36 homes. The average days on the market decreased from 42 to 40 days. Average sale prices were up year over year by 4.4%.
