The number of active listings in Dufferin (excluding Orangeville) increased by 28 homes or 19.7% in February 2015 over the same month in 2014. The number of homes sold decreased by 9 homes or 25.7%. Average sale prices increased by 19.5%.
Year to Date 2015 vs. Year to Date 2014
The number of homes sold increased from 52 to 53 homes or 1.9%. Average sale prices were up year over year by 22.0%.
