The number of active listings in W29 decreased by 46.19 % in November, 2009 over the same month in 2008. New listings came on the Toronto Board at a slower pace in November, 2009 over November, 2008 with 29.09% fewer listings. The number of homes sold again increased significantly by 17 homes or 70.83%! The average days on the market decreased from 53 to 46. Average sale prices were up by 17.77%. Sale prices are more in line with October, 2007, when the average sale price was $276,234.

The number of homes listed in W29, year-to-date has decreased from 1,001 in 2008 to 918 in 2009, which is a decrease of 8.29%. The number of homes sold increased by 13.89%. Average sale prices are up slightly by 1.68% year over year.
