The
number of active listings in Dufferin (excluding Orangeville) decreased by 15.29%
in February 2016 over the same month in 2015. The number of homes sold increased by 21 homes in February 2016! Average sale prices increased by 20.97%.
Year to Date 2016 vs. February 2015
The
number of homes sold increased from 53 to 72 or 35.85% in February 2016 over
the same month in 2015. Average sale prices were up by 23.62.
