2015. The number of listings that came on the Toronto Board in February
2016 vs.
February 2015 increased by 8 homes or 6.90%.
The number of homes sold increased by 14 homes or 22.58%. The average days on
the market decreased from 32 to 17 days. Average sale prices were up by 16.60%.
Year to Date 2016 vs. Year to Date 2015
The
number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date decreased from 213 to 205, which is a decreased of 3.76%. The number of homes sold increased by 10
homes or 9.62%. The average days on market decreased from 34 to 26 days. Average
sale prices were up by 22.40%.
