April 2015 vs. April 2014
The number of active listings in Orangeville decreased by 39.3% in April 2015 vs. April 2014. 20 fewer listings came on the Toronto Board in April 2015 vs. April 2014, which is a decrease of 20.2%. The number of homes sold increased by 24.6% or 15 homes. The average days on the market decreased from 39 to 25 days. Average sale prices were up by 13.2%.
Year to Date 2015 vs. Year to Date 2014
The number of homes listed in Orangeville, year-to-date increased from 294 to 300, which is an increase of 2.0%. The number of homes sold increased by 65 homes or 38.0%. The average days on the market decreased from 31 to 37. Average sale prices were up by 6.7%.
April 2015 vs. April 2014
The number of active listings in Dufferin (excluding Orangeville) increased by 2 homes or 1.0% in April 2015 over the same month in 2014. The number of homes sold increased by 40 homes or 114.3%. Average sale prices increased by 15.7%.
Year to date 2015 vs. Year to date 2014
The number of homes sold increased from 117 to 166 or 41.9%. Average sale prices were up year over year by 18.2%.
