Caledon Market Statistics, April 2015
April 2015 vs. April 2014
The number of active listings in Caledon decreased from 290 to 265 or 8.6% in April 2015 over the same month in 2014. The number of listings that came on the Toronto Board in April 2015 vs. March 2015 increased by 22 homes or 11.6%. The number of homes sold increased by 16 homes or 15.8%. The average days on the market decreased from 34 to 25 days. Average sale prices were up by 9.0%.
Year to Date 2015 vs. Year to Date 2014
The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date increased from 545 to 598 homes, which is an increase of 9.7%. The number of homes sold increased by 23 or 8.6%. The average number of days on the market decreased from 38 to 28 days. Average sale prices were up year over year by 7.8%.
