in Wellington increased by 14.79% in June, 2012 over the same month in 2011. The
number of homes sold increased by 38.18% from 55 to 76 sales. Average sale
prices were down by 3.59%.

The number of homes sold
increased by 35.69%. Average sale prices decreased year over year by
7.78%.
