The number of active listings in Dufferin (excluding Orangeville) decreased by 24.07% in June, 2012 over the same month in 2011. The number of homes sold increased by 25.64% or 10 homes. Average sale prices were idecreased by 2.18%.

The number of homes sold increased from 195 to 230 homes or 17.95%. Average sale prices were up year over year by 0.82%.
