The average days on the market increased from 34 days to 39 days. Average sale prices were down by 1.64%.

The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date decreased from 1,966 to 1,611, which is a decrease of 18.06%. The number of homes sold decreased by 8 homes or 1.58%. The average days on market increased by 9 days to 38 days. Average sale prices were down by 11.20%
