The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date decreased from 1,185 to 1,033, which is a decrease of 12.83%. The number of homes sold decreased by 29 homes or 5.82%. The average days on market increased by 12 days to 24 days. Average sale prices were down by 19.42%
