The number of active listings in Caledon decreased by 7.94% in January 2022 over the same month in 2021. The number of listings that came on the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board in January 2022 vs. January 2021 decreased by 22 homes or 22.68%. The number of homes sold decreased by 22 homes or 31.88%. The average days on the market increased from 16 days to 17 days. Average sale prices were up by 40.08%.
