The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date decreased from 883 to 631, which is a decrease of 28.54%. The number of homes sold decreased by 99 homes or 26.05%. The average days on market decreased from 32 days to 26 days. Average sale prices were up by 5.21%.
