The average days on the market increased by 15 days or 68.18%. Average sale prices were up by 12.03%.

The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date increased from 807 to 883, which is an increase of 9.42%. The number of homes sold increased by 13 homes or 3.54%. The average days on market increased from 29 to 32 days. Average sale prices were down by 0.81%.
