The average days on the market decreased by 1 day. Average sale prices were up by 1.55%.
Year to Date 2019 vs. Year to Date 2018
The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date increased from 405 to 430, which is an increase of 6.17%. The number of homes sold decreased by 13 homes or 7.18%. The average days on market increased from 32 to 36 days. Average sale prices were down by 5.76%.
