The average days on the market increased from 35 to 43 days or 22.86%. Average sale prices were up by 5.28%.
Year to Date 2018 vs. Year to Date 2017
The number of homes listed in New Tecumseth, year-to-date increased by 76 homes or 5.81%. The number of homes sold decreased by 10 homes or 1.47%. The average days on the market increased from 21 to 38 days. Average sale prices were down year over year by 1.58%.
