The number of active listings in New Tecumseth decreased from 227 to 211 homes or 7.05% in October 2018 over the same month in 2017! 11 less listings came on the Toronto Board in October 2018 vs. October 2017 which is a decrease of 9.32% The number of homes sold increased by 28 homes or 62.22%. The average days on the market increased from 29 to 37 days or 27.59%. Average sale prices were up by 9.15%.

The number of homes listed in New Tecumseth, year-to-date increased by 103 homes or 8.60%. The number of homes sold decreased by 5 homes or 0.79%. The average days on the market increased from 20 to 38 days. Average sale prices were down year over year by 2.05%.
