The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date decreased from 1,243 to 1,140, which is a decrease of 8.29%. The number of homes sold decreased by 74 homes or 12.40%. The average days on the market increased from 16 to 29 days. Average sale prices were down by 5.95%.
