The number of active listings in Caledon decreased by 34.1% in January 2017 over the same month in 2016. The number of listings that came on the Toronto Board in January 2017 vs. January 2016 decreased by 15 homes or 18.3%. The number of homes sold increased by 3 homes or 7.9%. The average days on the market decreased from 44 to 33 days. Average sale prices were up by 11.1%.
