The number of listings that came on the Toronto Board in October 2016 vs. October 2015 increased by 39 homes or 31.45%. The number of homes sold increased by 13 homes or 16.88%. The average days on the market decreased from 31 days to 18 days. Average sale prices were up by 8.30%.
Year to Date 2016 vs. Year to Date 2015
The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date decreased from 1,515 to 1,479, which is a decrease of 2.38%. The number of homes sold increased by 117 homes or 13.45%. The average days on market decreased from 27 to 20 days. Average sale prices were up by 16.26%.
