The number of active listings in Dufferin (excluding Orangeville) decreased by 27.11% in June 2016 over the same month in 2015. The number of homes sold increased by 22 homes in June 2016. Average sale prices increased by 39.10%.
Year to Date 2016 vs. Year to Date 2015
The number of homes sold increased from 321 to 338 or 5.30% in June 2016 over the same month in 2015! Average sale prices were up by 17.55%.
