the market decreased from 24 days to 19 days. Average sale prices were up by 13.02%.

The
number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date decreased from 785 to 678, which
is a decrease of 13.63%. The number of homes sold increased by 31 homes or 7.54%. The average days on market decreased from 27 to 21 days. Average sale
prices were up by 14.08%.
