The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date increased from 1,388 to 1,392 homes, which is an increase of 0.29%. The number of homes sold increased by 44 homes or 5.86%. The average days on market decreased from 35 to 27 days. Average sale prices were up by 10.12%.
