The average days on the market decreased from 28 to 25 days. Average sale prices were up by 4.36%.
Year to Date 2015 vs. Year to Date 2014
the number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date increased from 931 to 951 homes, which is an increase 2.15%. The number of homes sold increased by 71 homes or 15.30%. The average days on the market decreased from 35 to 26 days. Average sale prices were up year over year b 7.60%.
