The number of active listings in Caledon decreased by 3.15% in January, 2014 over the same month in 2013. The number of listings that came on the Toronto Board in January, 2014 vs. January, 2013 decreased by 6 homes or 5.26%. The number of homes sold increased by 11 homes or 32.35%. The average days on the market decreased from 52 to 50 days. Average sale prices were up by 9.98%.
