May, 2012 vs. May, 2011The number of active listings in Orangeville decreased by 16.43% in May, 2012 vs. May, 2011. 19 fewer listings came on the Toronto Board in May, 2012 over the same month in 2011, which is a decrease of 20.43%. The number of homes sold increased by 5.48% or 4 homes. The average days on the market increased from 31 to 32 days. Average sale prices were up by 6.71%.
Year to Date, 2012 vs. Year to Date, 2011
The number of homes listed in Orangeville, year-to-date decreased from 423 to 410, which is a decrease of 3.07%. The number of homes sold increased by 6.72%. The average days on the market increased from 35 to 37 days. Average sale were up year over year by 5.59%.
