The number of active listings in Wellington increased by 40.88% in February, 2012 over the same month in 2011. The number of homes sold increased by 24.39% from 41 to 51 sales. Average sale prices were up by 7.70%.

The number of homes sold increased by16.18%. Average sale prices decreased year by 0.53%.
