The number of active listings in Dufferin (excluding Orangeville) increased by 23.81% in August, 2011 over the same month in 2010. The number of homes sold increased by 13.33% from 30 to 34 sales. Average sale prices were up by 16.44%.
Year to Date, 2011 vs. Year to Date, 2010The number of homes sold increased by 2.68%. Average sale prices were up year over year by 13.85%.
