The number of homes sold increased by 53.13%. The average days on the market increased from 33 to 49. Average sale prices were up marginally by 11.95%.

The number of homes sold decreased by 9.68%. The average days on the market decreased from 47 to 33. Average sale prices were down marginally by .06%.

The number of homes listed in W29, year-to-date decreased from 953 to 915, which is a decrease of 3.99%. The number of homes sold decreased by 4.81%. The average days on the market decreased from 47 to 38. Average sale prices were up year over year by 6.43%.
