The number of active listings in W29 increased by 8.49% in November, 2010 over the same month in 2009. 20 more listings came on the Toronto Board in November, 2010 vs. November, 2009, which is a increase of 51.28%. The number of homes sold increased by 17.07%. The average days on the market increased from 46 to 50. Average sale prices were up by 25.02%.

The number of homes listed in W29, year-to-date decreased from 918 to 883, which is a decrease of 3.81%. The number of homes sold decreased by 4.72%. The average days on the market decreased from 47 to 39. Average sale prices were up year over year by 6.82%.
