W29 Market Statistics
The number of active listings in W29 increased by 8.63% in September, 2010 over the same month in 2009. 16 fewer listings came on the Toronto Board in September, 2010 vs. September, 2009, which is a decrease of 19.51%. The number of homes sold decreased by 31.34%. The average days on the market increased from 40 to 60. Average sale prices were up by 10.13%.

The number of homes listed in W29, year-to-date decreased from 805 to 760, which is a decrease of 5.59%. The number of homes sold decreased by 3.73%. The average days on the market decreased from 48 to 38. Average sale prices were up year over year by 5.74%.
