W29 Market Statistics
April, 2010 vs. April, 2009The number of active listings in W29 decreased by 27.50% in April, 2010 over the same month in 2009. 17 more listing came on the Toronto Board in April, 2010 vs. April, 2009, which is an increase of 18.28%. The number of homes sold increased significantly by 15.25%! The average days on the market decreased from 47 to 25. Average sale prices were up by 4.63%.

The number of homes listed in W29, year-to-date remained the same in 2010 as 2009. The number of homes sold increased by 34.32%. The average days on the market decreased from 53 to 33. Average sale prices were up year over year by 8.27%.
