W29 Market Statistics
March, 2010 vs. March, 2009The number of active listings in W29 decreased by 37.37% in March, 2010 over the same month in 2009. 17 more listing came on the Toronto Board in March, 2010 vs. March, 2009, which is an increase of 21.52%. The number of homes sold increased significantly by 27 homes or 49.09%! The average days on the market decreased from 66 to 39. Average sale prices were up by 12.98%.

The number of homes listed in W29, year-to-date has decreased from 255 in 2009 to 239 in 2010, which is a decrease of 6.27%. The number of homes sold increased by 44.55%. The average days on the market decreased from 57 to 36. Average sale prices were up year over year by 10.20%.
