February, 2010 vs. February, 2009
The number of active listings in W29 decreased by 45.50% in February, 2010 over the same month in 2009. 1 more listing came on the Toronto Board in February, 2010 vs. February, 2009. The number of homes sold increased significantly by 18 homes or 66.67%! The average days on the market decreased from 51 to 33. Average sale prices were up by 4.15%.

The number of homes listed in W29, year-to-date has decreased from 176 in 2009 to 143 in 2010, which is a decrease of 18.75%. The number of homes sold increased by 40%. The average days on the market decreased from 47 to 33. Average sale prices were up by 7.03%.

Less listings came on the board in January, 2010 over January, 2009 with 32.73% less listings. The number of homes sold increased by 4 homes or 14.29%! The average days on the market decreased from 43 to 33. Average sale prices were up by 10.55%.
