W29 Market Statistics
January, 2010 vs. January, 2009The number of active listings in W29 decreased by 43.55 % in January, 2010 over the same month in 2009. Less listings came on the board in January, 2010 over January, 2009 with 32.73% less listings. The number of homes sold increased by 4 homes or 14.29%! The average days on the market decreased from 43 to 33. Average sale prices were up by 10.55%.
