March, 2009 vs. March, 2008The number of active listings in W29 increased by 69.64% in March, 2009 over the same month in 2008. New listings came on the Toronto Board at a similar pace in March, 2009 over March, 2008, with only one more listing than last year. The number of homes sold increased by 1 home, or 1.85%. Continue to prepare your sellers for a longer stay on the market; the average days on market increased from 33 to 66. Average sale prices were up by 6.45%.

The number of homes listed in W29, year-to-date has increased from 244 in 2008 to 255 in 2009, which is an increase of 4.51%. The number of homes sold decreased by 23.08%. Average sale prices are up 0.74% year over year.
