W29 Market Statistics
February, 2009 vs. February, 2008 The number of active listings in W29 increased by 76.99% in February, 2009 over the same month in 2008. New listings came on the Toronto Board at a slower pace in February, 2009 over February, 2008. There were 24.18 less homes listed. The number of homes sold decreased by 23 homes, or 46%. Continue to prepare your sellers for a longer stay on the market; the average days on market increased from 35 to 51. Average sale prices were down by 1.44%.
Year to Date, 2009 vs. Year to Date, 2008
The number of homes listed in W29, year-to-date has increased from 167 in 2008 to 176 in 2009, which is an increase of 5.39%. The number of homes sold decreased by 38.89%. Average sale prices are down 3.31% year over year.
