W29 Market Statistics
January, 2009 vs. January, 2008 The number of active listings in W29 more than doubled in January, 2009 vs. January, 2008. There are 111.36% more listings on the market this month over January, 2008. There were also 44.74% more homes listed in January, 2009 vs. January, 2008. The number of homes sold decreased by 12 homes, or 44.74%. Homes that are priced well are selling, but the number of days on market for sold properties has increased from 31 days to 43 days.
